The Agency System is specifically designed for leaders and agents of ByBet. It offers a partnership opportunity with the following benefits:

Registration Process

To join the Agency System, please complete the agent registration form, which includes the following information:

• Name

• Email

• Whatsapp/Telegram

• Wallet Address

Profit Sharing Mechanism

The profit sharing within the Agency System is based on the following criteria:

$5,001 - $50,000	10	35%

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the profit sharing within the Agency System:

1. The commission percentage is calculated based on the total betting losses of the agency's members and the number of active members in a given month.

2. The commission percentage is determined by the total revenue generated from all members of the agency who are betting on ByBet and meet the conditions for commission payment.

3. The agency must have a minimum of 3 active members in a month to be eligible for commission payment. If there are fewer than 3 active members, no commission will be calculated.

4. The commission percentage for the agency depends on the number of newly qualified members in the month and the total betting losses of the members in that month.

5. If the total betting revenue of the members in a particular month is positive, the agency's account will accumulate negative profit to offset future months until the account reaches a positive balance and becomes eligible for commission payment.

6. All agencies are responsible for the following costs:

   • Bank deposit/withdrawal fees

   • Reporting fees for service providers

   • Promotional bonuses and refunds

   • Marketing and advertising expenses (if applicable)

7. Agencies must ensure that their active members comply with the following conditions:

   • Have made at least 2 deposits in a month.

   • Have a valid betting amount of $200 or more.

   • Do not violate any policies set by ByBet.
